1. Making the Most of You: Being the best You, you can be...comes from knowing ourselves and having the inner strength to take on new challenges. This workshop will give you time to get to know yourself, help you identify your personal strengths and develop strategies to build on these strengths to achieve your future goals.
2. Tame Your Inner Monologue: Does your self-talk get in the way? Through this workshop you will develop your own personal advocate that will assist you to be in control of your life. Learn how to control your inner monologue and ensure your future is positive.
3. Aware of Me, Aware of You: We all experience a range of emotions every day. This workshop will focus on understanding your emotions through building your own self-awareness, avoiding emotional hijacks, managing your emotions to achieve your goals and how to respond to situations rather than react. Being more aware of your emotions will help you to start to understand the emotions of others.
4. Energise to Achieve: Do you need some energy to achieve? Are you a goal setter or a go with the flow-type person? Regardless of which one you are, this workshop will help you set yourself up for success by focussing on short and long term goals to improve productivity, change unhealthy habits and develop self-awareness and a positive mindset. And you will be guided to develop strategies to take away.
5. Conscious Connections: Relationships are all around us and part of our daily interactions. Through building your own self-confidence, understanding who you are and enhancing your communication skills, you will learn techniques to assist you in any of your relationships - from personal to professional to make meaningful connections consciously.
6. Bouncing Forward: We often hear about bouncing back after a set-back, what about learning from it and Bouncing Forward? Resilience is about having the ability to manage the stresses and challenges that we face in life and work. This workshop will focus on learning simple techniques that you can use everyday to proactively manage the daily stresses that we all feel, and assist you to be a stronger you.

Mindset Reset Package: all of the above six workshops delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Corporate Yoga: Yoga helps to refresh, stretch and refocus. Our Workplace Wellness Yoga sessions are designed for teams and in a work setting. The session will get you gently moving tight muscles, clearing your mind, and improving your focus on the task at hand. No yoga experience is needed (and no, we will not make you turn into a pretzel or do difficult poses). These sessions can be adapted to be completed in your corporate wear or in clothing that facilitates movement and stretching.
Mindful Movement: Are you running a strategic planning session? Do you need your team to remain focussed for a special activity? Are you planning a conference where people will be seated for periods of time? A Mindful Movement session may be just what you need. Taking a break to refocus has been proven to improve creativity, focus and attention. Mindful Movement sessions can cater to your company goals and help get the most out of the day.
