We are looking for new people to join our team on a casual basis.

You are only as good as your team. We get it. 

TeamLab is the result of lots of hard work and fun. We were looking for a way to connect staff that was meaningful and enjoyable, and a way to bring people together within a company, that created bonds, stories and even legends!  We take the latest research and then twist it through our formula to make fun, engaging, customers-centric, and outcomes-based interactive workshops and activities. We think we have come up with a great formula for developing teams.

TeamLab Team

Founded in 2019, we are an exclusively West Australian owned and run company, created by Christine Kuca-Thompson and Jennifer Than-Htay. After years of developing, working with, and teaching team dynamics, Christine and Jennifer decided to partner to create TeamLab. If there was ever a case of building on each other’s strengths, this is it.  Jennifer spends her time building relationships with clients and developing product ideas. Christine takes those (often obscure) ideas and turns them into professional team building programs that everyone can be part of, and people rave about.

Both partners are qualified facilitators with backgrounds in Human Resources, Innovation and Change Management, Career Development, and Workplace Diversity.  

 

TeamLab is made up of our own dedicated team of individuals who come together to bring out the best in our clients. Together we deliver 'professional fun' throughout Perth, Fremantle, and all of Western Australia.  We love what we do and are always finding new ways to connect with our clients.
