Are you a subject matter expert and not sure how you can share your knowledge? Do you have a team that needs to deliver training to other departments? Our Train the Trainer program will give you the insight and know how to deliver engaging training. The program starts at the very beginning (before you even hit the training room), and follows onto presentation skills, overcoming nerves, managing the participants and concludes with evaluation techniques.
This program can be run over one-day, two-days, or to get the full experience with lots of practice opportunities, a three-day session.

Subject matter experts are amazing people that know their content extremely well, unfortunately that often does not translate into being able to impart that knowledge onto others. Our Train the Trainer program will give you the skills to share your knowledge with others in a way that is relevant, engaging, and informative.
We highly recommend our three-day program that provides opportunities to practice delivering your content in a safe environment. This program starts at the very beginning by covering the understanding you need to be prepared and develop your training plan. It is followed by building presentation skills, keeping the participants engaged, and overcoming the inevitable nerves that creep in. And we wrap up the program with options to evaluate your training to make any tweaks to improve it for the next session. Of course, our one and two-day programs are also fantastic and provide a great starting point for people with some training experience.
Our Train the Trainer program is delivered by our qualified trainers and facilitators, that have years worth of experience in not-for-profit, government, and private training environments.
