An inclusive workplace brings new and valuable perspectives to your workplace that reflect our community.
By choosing this workshop, you have taken a vital step to becoming a disability inclusive organisation. Delivered by facilitators with personal and professional experience with disability, this workshop will assist you and your team to understand some of the fears, uncertainties and myths around people with disability. It will uncover strategies that you can use to reduce this fear and uncertainty and dispel the myths so employees and customers with disability are supported, included, and valued.
