What is Click! Colours?
Click! Colours is a quick and easy tool that assists everyone to understand what makes them tick, why they click with some people and why they clash with others. It consists of four cards: the Yellow Player, the Green Safekeeper, the Blue Analyser and the Red Carer.
Each card contains information on:
● When you are natural and comfortable. Are you most comfortable solving problems, building relationships, being organised or taking risks?
● When you are most uncomfortable. Is this when others are emotional or unemotional, when others make last minute changes or when there are too many rules?
● The subconscious habits you have that are noticed by others. This helps everyone see themselves through another person’s eyes.
● The possible negative perceptions others may have of you. You will most likely disagree with them but it is enlightening to understand how others may perceive you.
How does it work?
Using the 4 Click! Colours Cards, and a child’s mindset, each person ranks the cards from most like them to least like them. This takes about 90-seconds so each person does not ‘over-think’ the statements and comes to their most natural self. Even though there are just 4 cards, each person has a different degree of each colour in them. So, if we have a room of 100 people, we will have 100 different personalities
This starts the discussions about each profile that leads to greater insight, and laughter. By responding to the colour or profile, a safe space is created to allow for open discussion and sharing of experiences.
What will I learn as a Facilitator?
You will learn:
· How and why people build relationships, make decisions and communicate.
· How people view the actions of others in a team.
· Why some people’s behaviour can be frustrating or even annoying.
· How you are perceived by others.
· How to get along with people who are not like you.
· How to optimise relationships within a team.
· How to motivate team members to achieve peak performance.
· How to mould different individual styles into a strong and high performing team.
· How the different styles play out in the workplace.
· How different styles respond to different situations and scenarios.
As an Accredited Facilitator you will be able to run your own Click! Colours workshops with individuals or groups.
Why Click! Colours?
It is better: Click! Colours does not rely of each person completing a 100+ questions and a computer generating their profile. Each person self-identifies their preferred style. Given there are just four cards it is easier for colleagues to understand you quickly. All the information is on the cards, and everyone can refer to the cards after the workshop to continue to build stronger relationships. Do you need to send a proposal to a Yellow Player, grab the card and see how to make it have a positive impact. Need to run a team building event, who can you get to assist with the planning, the activities and the communication – look at the cards to find your team.
It is faster: in a 60-90 minute session, a group can learn about themselves, their colleagues, and identify ways to improve their working relationships.
It is cheaper: a set of cards cost $20 (+GST) per person. This is much cheaper than any of the other profiles on the market.
It is easier: there is no pre-work, no logging into a system, and no reading pages of a profile, just turn up to a workshop and leave with a set of cards and the knowledge to strengthen your relationships.

Optional inclusion:
● Supported by us as a co-facilitator during your first delivery, in the Perth metropolitan area, with a post-delivery debrief; you will be the lead facilitator (valued at $450).
What do I need to be a Facilitator?
First off you must feel comfortable speaking in front of a group of people. Although there is a structure to the Click! Colours workshop, it is generally led by the participants. You will need to guide the participants to learn about each other and to build awareness and empathy towards the styles that are different to theirs. You will also need to have an understanding of how the different styles play out in the workforce, be able to facilitate scenario discussions, and keep to time.
